$125
Calendar Next available session starts Feb 7, 2026 at 4:30 pm

You'll practice proper sealing techniques to ensure your ravioli stay perfectly intact during cooking, and finish by learning to pair your handmade pasta with complimentary sauces—from simple brown butter to rich tomato cream. Leave with the skills and confidence to recreate this Italian staple at home, plus fresh ravioli to enjoy for dinner.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced home cook, you'll leave with practical skills, tested recipes, and the confidence to recreate an Italian feast in your own kitchen.
