Seasonal Kitchen: Taste of Germany
Discover the hearty flavors and time-honored techniques of German cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn about German culinary traditions as you prepare authentic dishes that have warmed German tables for generations; schnitzel, spätzle (noodles), kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes, apfelmus (apple sauce), and brezeln ( Bavarian pretzels).
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced home cook, you'll leave with practical skills, tested recipes, and the confidence to recreate a traditional German feast in your own kitchen.
Class concludes with dinner served with German wines chosen by the sommelier at Spencer & Lynn Wine & Spirits Merchants. Prost to good food and good company!

Build a Bowl Kids Program
Ages: 6 - 12
Fill your bowl with flavor in this hands-on cooking class where students will stretch noodles, cook grains, whip up tasty sauces, and add farm-fresh veggies to build bowls that are both delicious and nutritious.
Students will learn mise en place, knife skills, recipe reading, and more. Beyond the kitchen, kids will help the farmers in the fields and have time to explore the farm. They'll bring home a deeper connection to where their food comes from, memories of time spent in nature, and recipes galor
