Middle School Virtual Cooking Class
with Eric Dawson
In this interactive virtual cooking class, middle school students will learn the basics of scratch cooking using fresh, seasonal foods. Each class will highlight a different local ingredient, such as eggs, honey, apples, or potatoes. Students will learn about how this crop is grown and cook along with us as we prepare a light meal or dessert. This class is a great way to learn about healthy food and develop skills for independence in the kitchen! Join for one or all; $10 per session.
Registrants will receive an email a few days before the program that will include the week's recipe so that participants have ample time to gather ingredients beforehand.
